I just got my new lights and soft boxes the other day and today I finally took a few minutes to play with one of them. I really need to get them both out and play but not enough time tonight.
Just playing with one though I know I'm in love! I get to use them for a shoot on Wednesday and I can barely wait! These are a huge step up from my first lighting set that Mitch bought me for Christmas 3 years ago. These should get me through the next few years but I have to admit I'm already scoping out what the next upgrade will be. Hopefully by the time the next upgrade comes around this will be a full time thing and I'll be able to rationalize the expense a lot more.
In other news - I was talking to my older brother today. It sounds like their wedding plans for October are really coming together. I'm excited for them! I'm also excited for us to get to go to Hawaii for the wedding. Trying to plan what I'll need to take and how to get it there is becoming an obsession of mine...
